INN Partnering with IRE to Hire Director of Data Services

The Investigative News Network (INN) is joining forces with Investigative Reporters & Editors (IRE) to hire an experienced data editor. The Director of Data Services will help nonprofit investigative member newsrooms of INN produce compelling, in-depth investigative stories.

Qualified candidates should have five years experience in journalism and a demonstrated ability to produce investigative stories using data.

“Working with IRE to provide a resource to help facilitate data-driven collaborative journalism makes perfect sense for our organization,” said INN’s CEO Kevin Davis. “By leveraging the strengths of IRE, NICAR and INN, we feel that we can better support our member organizations’ participation in ongoing collaborations that hold the powerful accountable.”
